Haven of Lake Havasu is not bad. I have a double room, but I haven't had a roommate. I have physical therapy every day. They usually give me one day a week off, usually on the weekend. They have a service that takes me back and forth to my doctor's appointments. They feed me three times a day. I have a nursing assistant assigned to me for my care, who helps me get out of bed and into the toilet. They come out with a list of activities every day: Mondays through Fridays. They have different ones like playing bingo. Today they have a parade where they bring in dogs, and then they have something after dinner like doing puzzles.

Place is nice. Can't see there room's, no phone in the room. Had to make an appt. To visit. Janet the administrator is very rude and never calls back. My mom's prescription glasses came up missing on day 3. She was there alittle over 2 weeks. Picked her up, belongings missing. But they did bring me out at least 15 snot tissues from my moms nose.Pretty bad. Shay,Amy,Ron the driver, they were great. She did like p.t. people. Plus pt would call me and let me know how things were going. Short term patients don't even get to go outside. Don't take ur loved one there.

Lake Hills Inn is a nursing home and rehabilitation. It has two wings; one of them is rehabilitation, and the other is just care. It is very clean, and the staff seems to be very attentive. They have quite a few entertainments like they have fake slot machines, karaoke, and bingo. They have two lunch rooms: one in the rehab and one in the other. They have physical therapy people on site. I had lunch with my mom before, and the food is good. If you don't like what they are serving, you can order off a menu too. I have known other people in it as well. That's why I wasn't too upset about my mom going in it because everybody that has been in it says it is a good place. The place seems happy.
