The Gardens of Waterford

The Gardens of Waterford is an older facility, but they have renovated it. The inside lobby area, the gathering area, and the dining area looked good. It's one level. The staff was good, and accommodating, called me back, and asked what my interest was, telling me if I wanted to, I could bring other family members over to look at it. From an accommodation point of view and from the attitude of the staff itself, they were very good. They're in the process of changing management, so they're doing some renovations. In one of the rooms I looked at, they were updating and painting it. They are working on upgrading their rooms and the rooms were larger than the other place for the price. A $4500 room at the other place is a little smaller than the $3800 room at the Waterford.
