"My Mother was a resident in the memory care unit for almost a year. The day I visited with Sheila and Vicki and they explained everything about the facility and we toured I knew this was the place my Mother needed to be. Vicki answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The facility and grounds were clean and beautiful. From the very first day of moving my Mother in to her nice room everybody from the front desk to inside the memory unit was wonderful to her. Gerri, nursing director, and Summer, nursing supervisor, always made sure Mother was well taken care of. Mother has dementia so she wasn’t always easy to deal with but everybody on every shift was very attentive to her needs. We feel blessed for her stay at The Terrance at Grove Park. "

"The rooms are large with nice sitting area. Always very clean.the staff are great and very supportive to the residents. My mom has lived there for 8 years she is 90. She loves it and all the staff, food selection and quality is great. They provide excellent activities and take on outside trips. Music games artwork crafts and trips out to eat. The owners and leadership staff are very attentive and provide updates to family. I’ve been in healthcare for 40 years and this is the best place I’ve seen. Thank you for Whitehall taking care of mom."

"Azalea Court provided excellent care for my mother during her season of need. She was uniquely the youngest and most self-suficent resident as a shoulder surgery followed by depression had rendered her to a state in which she could not care for herself. In the 18 months she resided there, she slowly put on 25 much needed pounds and regained an interest in life again. She became friends with many of the residents and workers. I believe the relationships coupled with good, home-cooked meals led to her being able to return to an independent lifestyle. The staff genuinely cared for her. They celebrated the success of her grandchildren, prayed with her during times of need and catered to her every need. I think her only real complaint was getting locked out when she stayed out too late. This was always resolved with a simple phone call, but it was quite an agitation to my somewhat demanding mother. Without the love and care of Azalea Court, I know my mother would not have made it to celebrate another birthday. "

"We moved my mom into Wynnwood Oaks. They're wonderful. I have interacted with the owner. They just have been tremendously good. What I liked most about it was Francine. She oversees it during the day. She was very helpful when we got Mom in there and transitioned her. She's been very caring and helpful ever since. When I need to do something for Mom, or help her out in the room, Francine is as helpful as she can be. Overall, it's been a real blessing to have Mom there. It's two buildings, and they're long. At one end, there's what I would call a recreation room. It's basically a big TV and a table with some chairs. It's got a VCR so you can play movies there. There's a nice dining facility that's not quite all the way at the end. They even have a piano in there, and some handbooks for people who want to sing Christian music. It's really wonderful. I'm a little bit more than 69 right now. If I'm still alive, and I need assisted living, that's where I'm going. It's very clean and very well done. I couldn't ask for more. It's perfect. The value for the money is excellent. It's about half the cost of some of the other places where a person has to have greater assistance."

"My great-aunt became a resident of Twin Magnolias Assisted Living. While looking for the facility that was the right choice for her, we toured Twin Magnolias. Eventually, we settled on this facility for my great-aunt due to its level of attention and care, as well as its familiar grounds for her, as she is from that town and has lived there for her entire life. The facility is very close to multiple doctors' offices, as well as a pharmacy and two grocery stores, so we could easily run errands for her when she needs help. There are staff members on hand to serve the residents' needs around the clock, and there is an emergency service vehicle station nearby in case someone needs to go to the hospital. Hospitals are not in the same town, but they are not far away, which was another reason for picking this place. The grounds and housing are not fancy, but they are clean and seem easy to find your way around, for patients with mental difficulties. My great-aunt's mind is not as strong as it was a few years ago, so this is a big plus for her. "
