"Otterbein seemed well-organized with a genuine concern for the people and had a variety of activities that seemed well-planned. I think it's recommended by the Alzheimer's Association. They have adult residences for older people, but they also have adult day care and all of that is very attractive to me. They have a reputation for being well-run, they have an involved director and lots of activities. It was very good. I have a lot of trust in the Otterbein organization. They have group activities and individual activities. They can go outside, there are games and can rest when they need to rest. "

"We toured St. Leonard for independent living, and the facility was nice. My brother was living there in an assisted living environment. I'd been in and out of there, and no problem with the facility. It was fine. However, it was just a waiting list for the type of housing situation we had. So, it was a matter of supply and demand.They had full kitchen appliances such as stoves, microwaves, and everything. There were refrigerators, washers, and dryers. There's one person, a resident, who greeted us while we were waiting for other people to be interviewed for pricing. He was very informative, the good and the bad about living there, and the person who explained the situation was forthright and upfront about everything."

"Dynamic Senior Solutions took care of my wife for a couple of years. They were taking fine care of her. They were picking her up and dropping her off for about three hours a day last year. The price is a little high. For keeping someone all day, it's like $20 an hour and that's really expensive. "

"Being a previous resident of Greenewood Manor, ( I was in the facility for 2 months in 2013) I found my care to be beyond my expectations. The nurses, caregivers, Drs. and staff all treated me with respect, and were very helpful. My P.T. 's were there through thick and thin... never letting me "weasel my way out" of my much needed therapy. Then when my spirits were down, the beautician would give me a haircut for a change of my outlook!! The residents were so kind to me. Everyone became, what I felt, like a friend ! The facility was clean and fresh. Now that I'm back at home, and my health has greatly improved. It's been a long time coming, but I want to tell them all Thank-You from the bottom of my heart. I know I am not the only one you have saved!!! "

"My aunt is now in Active Day Fairfield, and the service is really good. They seem to be really nice, they have good activities all throughout the day, and it's working out fine. The people who work there are very friendly, caring, and warm to the people that come there. She doesn't complain about the food and if it was not good she would say something. Sometimes she comes home and tells me what they had and sometimes they might order out. The place is nice and clean. I have no complaints about any of the facilities that they have."
