We hired Peace of Mind Home Health agency for my dad. They're OK. I wouldn't really say that they're top-of-the-line. I had a couple of disappointing outings, but I like the lady that comes in. There have been a couple of incidents that I felt could have been handled better. We had a little bit of an issue with the caregiver, but it has since been dealt with and straightened out. They provide help with feeding and bathing my dad, and just being with him at home.

Quality of service has been excellent. It has been very helpful and a smooth process. It has taken a lot of stress off.
