we use CK for my mother who has Dementia. takes special people to care for these types of clients. If the caregiver isn't a good fit , they will do what they can to find someone who is. I do not have any issues with people not showing up. Best Agency I have used and there are some pretty bad places out there. I highly recommend CK- staff is great

Caretakers late ALL the time - they don’t t folllow directions and neither does the staff . Poor service and incompetent caretakers . They sit on their phones and don’t want to help out with cleaning.

We have been using Comfort Keepers Home Care for a couple of months now. The caregiver gets my dad up and showers him. She cleans, does laundry, and dishes. She does pretty much everything. She comes three times a week for four hours a day. She's great and does an excellent job.

Caregivers we had ,which was 3 or 4 different ones out of the wk..didn't show up half time and if sit on couch..I highly recommend not using ..

We've been using Comfort Keeper Home Care. They provide companionship for my wife. They give her pills when she needs them, and she's very comfortable with them. The scheduling is OK, and they notify me of changes.
