Last week, the caregiver was supposed to leave at 2 and she called 1:30 and told me it wasn't safe for him to stay by himself, so she offered to stay until 3. She was fantastic. It has certainly helped me, and my husband doesn't have to be alone while I'm at work. He is more relaxed that he's not here by himself those few hours that I'm working.

They help with my mother and they are just very caring. I don't have to be there everyday helping her. She's 94 years old and it's very hard for her to get around and even to get dressed. They come in the morning and help her get dressed for the day, make her bed, and take the garbage down for her because she's unable to. Any other little thing she needs done, they'll do.

They keep us updated on what's going with my mother, who can be very trying with the caregivers. They do the very best they can, and they're really good about being patient. They take a lot off of my shoulders. When the nurse and the caregivers come, they do cooking and cleaning together, and they are right there to help my mother and have done a really good job at cleaning things up. My mother can't see and can often make a big mess. They're really good about cleaning up.

The receptionist is very friendly, and the owner seems easy to work with as well from me talking to her. I would recommend Visiting Angels because they're great to help people out! There's a lot of stuff I can't do, and they help me here and there. The service just comes once every two weeks for two hours. They help with the dishes, clean the kitchen, the bathroom a little bit, and that's it.
