We have All Ways Caring HomeCare for my husband 2-3 hours a day, 17 hours a week. I really need a male because right now he's got a female to assist him with his bathing because he won't let her. She cleans his bathroom and cleans his room up, and if I wash his clothes, she would fold them. If he's outside, she would be outside with him because he was doing a lot of falling. Sometimes, nothing gets done. I really don't communicate with the agency. Two days, I get two hours, one day I get three hours, another day I get four, and another I get six, so sometimes when I schedule my doctors' appointments, I either have to take him with me or I would have to take him over to my son's because of the time they scheduled for me, and that's because she'd be with another client. She has a fixed schedule. I had to make her a chart or list of stuff that she needs to do on a daily basis and most of the time, nothing gets done on the list, like the bathroom had to be cleaned daily and it doesn't get cleaned.
