If I need anything, they are here for me. They administer the IV medications. I like that I have been with them for 7 years and never had a problem.

I get an infusion once every 3 months. They make sure I have a good nurse for my infusions. I like the ease of making appointments and the quality of care I get.

I only get infusions and I need these infusions, so I guess the impact is big! I like that they show up on time like they are supposed to.

I liked that I didn't have to go into a facility for my infusions during COVID-19. I have had two very different experiences with the company. I had one person who did my loading dose, and the first few after that, then multiple different caregivers after. The way they did the doses was not the same.

Their service is definitely necessary. They provide the injections. The caregiver who comes out fits in well with my family.

When she needs something for me and does not get it, she calls people and asks why she has not gotten it. She holds people accountable and I like that. She makes sure I have my supplies. She is great, she is just fantastic. Michelle, the registered nurse, is very thorough. She is very welcoming. She is thorough with her paperwork.

It keeps me going and to be able to have them come to the home instead of me go to an infusion center allows me to continue to work and get infused when it is convenient for me. I like my nurse the most.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University to ensure that they're able to deliver the care set out in your loved one's Custom Care Plan. Before providing care, they're bonded and insured.
