Not only do we serve our clients with compassion and excellent care, we offer caregivers and nurses to serve clients with a wide variety of home care needs – from basic to complex. Plus all of our employees and clients are supervised by nurses – so clients get the best care possible at competitive pricing. Although many of our clients are elderly, we provide services to all ages including children as well as to those who need short-term care following surgeries or accidents. All of our services including caregivers, skilled nursing and transportation and recovery care, are provided under the direct supervision of knowledgeable and experienced registered nurses. Combining our efforts with those of the clients’ personal physicians and other health care providers, we are able to ensure that the home care experience is as productive and satisfying as possible. Skilled nursing often helps people feel better, function more independently and learn to take care of their health needs. Skilled nursing is provided by an RN or LPN in your or your loved one’s home when prescribed by a physician. Services may include but are not limited to: Clinical assessment and evaluation Medication management and administration Bowel and bladder care Diabetic care & monitoring and insulin administration Infusion therapies and injections Central line and port maintenance Tracheotomy and ventilator care Lab draws Wound care/dressing change Tube feeding Ostomy care Prevention and treatment of skin issues Pain management End of life care We look forward to talking with you about your or your loved one’s situation and how we might be able to help.
