"Home Instead is a wonderful company. I highly recommend this company. My mother is 94 years old is blind and has dementia. We have two caregivers coming to take care of Mom this past year. Rilla is a knowledgeable, friendly dependable person . She makes my mother feel very comfortable . Rilla exercises daily with Mom. Rilla takes care of her needs ; she showered her , cares for mom’s hair and prepared meals. Most important thing is Mom always feels safe and Truly is safe in Rilla’s care. Mom‘s other caretaker is Melissa ,‘Missy’ The first time meeting Missy , Mom asked when her friend will be back for another visit. Missy is outgoing ,sweet, gentle and kind. She takes care of mom‘s needs, prepared meals ,sits and talks with Mom. Missy always has a smile and a beautiful laugh. Both caregivers are always punctual. They supported not only Mom but the whole family.They treat mom with dignity and respect. Mom’s safety is always number 1 priority. The agency itself is easy to get in contact with.
