My name is Kelly. I am a patient of Royal Home Care LLC. I wanted Royal Home Care to know my aide Fatima has been so terrific. It's hard for me to ask or accept help, and have someone I don't know in my home. From the beginning I've been so lucky to have gotten Fatima as my aide. She is not only professional, but extremely caring and kind. She truly goes out of her way and beyond measures for me. I've had quite a few aides through my life and I consider myself thankful to have her here with me. I feel safe when she's here and she always have a way of making me smile, even when I'm having a bad day. Royal Home Care is so fortunate to have her as an employee and that makes me very lucky. I am more than grateful to have her here. I just wanted Royal Home Care to know how special she is. She’s a hard worker and always smiling. I never lack or feel hopeless when Fatima is here. She’s an extraordinary aide. I look forward to continuing working with her and Royal Home Care . Thank you so much for sending Fatima to work for me.
