Skilled nursing services are provided by trained RN’s and LPN’s with years of experience in accordance with the orders of the attending physician. Our skilled nursing care may include but not limited to the following: Medication management Wound care/dressing changes Physical Therapy Care management Occupational Therapy Medical Social Work Patient education Surgical aftercare Care for Chronic illnesses Also known as Non-Skilled services, these services are provided by CNA’s, PCA’s and HHA’s under the supervision of an RN. Our caregivers are trained to ensure that you or your loved ones are receiving the care necessary to maintain a comfortable and pleasant lifestyle. Our goal is not only to keep you loved one safe but also enjoy their time with our staff.
