Ryan grew up with a sister who has special needs, and when his father became ill, Jamie stepped away from her career to serve as his full-time caregiver. Walking through that season taught us firsthand about caregiver burnout, the emotional weight families carry, and how overwhelming it can feel to navigate care decisions.

That experience is what led us to FirstLight.
