Mother used Sunrise for a couple of years. They never accommodated when my mother needed to make changes, adjustments, or had other appointments. They didn't visit Mother and they didn't control her. They discontinued because they said Medicare was not going to cover and the family needed to cover. The caregiver was not good. She took a precious thing that one of my nieces gave to Mother and I was disappointed. It was not about the value. It was the sentimental value. We complained and the agency didn't do anything. They changed the caregiver but we were not happy with the agency.
