I was very pleased with the consistency, knowledge, & professionalism of the nursing staff. Many of the nurses have been faces of Stephens for many many years. A majority of them have been employed at Stephens for 25+ years. I had my grandparents on service with Stephens at different times over the last 20 years and very seldom did I see a new face, but almost always would have the same staff, nurse and aide, that had provided care to my grandparents in the past which was very comforting to me as well as each of my grandparents. I do believe, that this type of consistent staffing is unheard of in this line of work! That speaks volumes to me and I would highly recommend Stephen's Health Care to anyone looking for a home health agency to care for your loved one! In my opinion, no other agency in the area could even come close to competing with Stephens Health Care and their wonderful proficient and friendly staff and why they were voted 2019 Best of Erath County!! A honor well deserved :)
