Crown Home Services, was extremely polite and considerate. The staff was personable and related to having someone to care for, they understood the difficulties and explained ways in which they could help on not only a medical or professional way but also emotionally. They took time out to show up to date licenses and explain the background checks on the staff and also the policy about insurance. I felt like my grandmother would be in safe detail oriented hands. I felt as though they really cared about the people they took care of and assisted more than just for money, they seemed very attached. I also liked that the company itself was active in the community. Crown Home Services hosted cookouts at local assisted living facilities as well as nursing homes and also participated in blood drives. I felt as if they cared about the community that they were in and wanted to make it better. I believe we will end up choosing this company to take care of my grandmother when that time comes.
