We have had this service for about 6 months. The staff has felt like family! The LVN that has taken care of bathing my mom has been renamed the "spa lady". Gloria does her job with such thoughtfulness that we miss her! On Valentines Day she brought bubble bath, and a balloon with a pink poodle for my mom and me(!!), and on our final day she brought two silk sunflowers(one smiling and one frowning). The PT has also been a jewel! He worked so patiently with my mom and teased yet got her best. We renamed him her boyfriend! The nursing staff also was great. It is such a blessing to do Pt/INR testing with a finger stick. Thank you Su Casa and we would use you again anytime!
