These folks did what they needed to do up to a point, generally quite politely despite dealing with a sometimes grumpy patient. Drugs were delivered twice a day, for example. They called in refills when needed. But when paid to do the extra (more frequent visits and assists) though these started off regular, the duties slipped though the price didn't, so everything ended up costing too much. When we returned to the original level of service (just handling the Rx), the price had about doubled. When I went back to taking care of meds and therefore dropped their service, the very next day APS came for a visit. Now this may be a legal requirement for HCP when a client stops using their services, or it may have been a judgment call, but either way, those reading this review might want to know that may happen when you stop or change services.
