Contacted them when my dad became less able to do for himself(he's 91) My boss at work had recommended them...she had used them for her aunt. They came out right away, evaluated the situation (2 interviews about 1-2 hours) and recommended resources and ideas to make dad's life and mine better. At present my dad, a veteran is receiving some wonderful help for 3 months based on a grant for vets they discussed with me. I cannot tell you how much it helps with my heavy load. I now realize that I do need help and I will continue to have it. I was reluctant at first to get help, now I realize that for my dad it is good to see other people besides me, and it gives me a little downtime.
