He seems content with the caregiver, and he seems happy, and at the end of 4 hours he seems ready to relax a little bit. I feel that their business office is on top of what is needed for long term care, and I feel that they are definitely ready if we need a substitute caregiver when the caregiver calls off. And I feel that the owner and nurse caregiver are very cooperative and attentive.

I think she's been a lot happier. I don't work from home anymore so with having someone here to help her I can see a big difference in her morale which impacts her quality of life. I haven't heard any complaints. It's for my parents, and I'm not there. They are very happy with the caretakers. They are very responsive to our needs. We have our own caretakers that we hire and if they have to reschedule, they are able to fill that.
