I have had the last caregiver they sent me for four years. The others would quit for various reasons; either they didn’t want to work with a paralyzed person, they had kids, or maybe I didn’t like them or didn’t think they could do the job. Some have been good; one stayed two and a half years and one almost three years but had to quit because she had to take care of her in-laws. Caregiver Connection is always able to send out a person for me. If I don’t like them, they don’t have to come back, but they are always able to send somebody else, which is a good thing because I do not have a repertoire of people to call. I don’t want to have to do the 1099 form and all that. We pay out of pocket.
