My husband was homebound, and I used Visiting Angels - Georgetown, TX. Like most companies, they hire caregivers and most of them have not had much training, but they all have had some experience in caregiving. The last one we had from them was excellent. She went above and beyond. I was impressed with her. The caregivers were very good. I used them for a couple of years. Communication with the agency was fine. If I had any problem, I could call them and get it sorted out. For what I paid, they earned it. They were available to whatever schedule I wanted. Sometimes I would call them two days before and say, I wanted to add an evening person and they were responsive.

We used Visiting Angels - Georgetown, TX for mom. They were attentive and responsive. They not only addressed the issues of the patient, but also any of the concerns that our family had, they spent time with the family answering our questions, relieving our concerns. Everyone, from the coordinator to the nurse, to the aide, to the PT, to the chaplain, were all just top shelves.

I have been using Visiting Angels. They help with laundry, sweeping, and a little bit of help with the dishes. My husband and the caregiver talk about baseball. They both like baseball. There's more than one caregiver, but one wants to come all the time, except when he can't come, and then they replace him with somebody else when he can't. They're caring and attentive. Because the baseball season is starting, and because my husband loves baseball, it's really great for him to have somebody to watch the games with. I'm satisfied with Visiting Angels.

We used Visiting Angels for my mother. They did well, but she was not very receptive to them. I was there the first time the lady came. I was very impressed with them. They really tried with her, but she just wouldn't let them do anything. I would recommend them.

We have Visiting Angels for my wife and they're very good. They can't get your pills for you, but you can get your pills ready for them and then they can administer them. However, they can't select the medication. They provide baths, light house cleaning, and just general things, and they're very helpful in helping my wife into the bathtub. They also do things like make up the bed, wash dishes and clothes, and things like that after they've finished stuff. The caregiver's attitude is very good.

Visiting have a better price and schedule. They were very good and were very clear with all of their fee schedules. They are more than willing to help me fill up forms; as there were lots of forms when you start getting in. They are very confident. The people they sent out are very nice and come three days a week.
