I'm a client of A Better Solution In Home Care. They come in and they clean my home for me. A guy came out and did an assessment with me and I liked him. He came back with someone and they've been trying to get me straightened out here for the last month. They cook for me sometimes and they help me with my Meals on Wheels meals, because sometimes when the Meals on Wheels come in, they give me a bunch of food in bulk and sometimes the food just kind of sits there and goes to waste. They come in and help me get that organized. They also did a good job of coming in and cleaning up my home and my bathrooms and everything. The scheduling is good. I've got the same young lady, which is what I asked, that I have just one person instead of several different people coming in my home every week. As far as the billing component, my case management takes care of that. The guy that runs it comes and sees me at least once a week, kind of checks on me, and that's something other agencies haven't done. I've had some services and sometimes you have a problem and you call them and nobody shows up. He's made sure that this young lady shows up and he'll stop by every now and again and we'll sit and talk a little bit. He just cares.
