Promise Senior Solution was excellent. The first person they sent wasn't very good. She was a smoker, so I asked for another person, and they sent another and I got along well with her. They listened to me when I wasn't happy with the first person and they sent over a very competent one. They were here four hours a day.

Sales agent talks a great story but the caregivers seem to be unreliable! Mom had one help her for a large portion of her minimal time and then the lady had to go get her kids. Mom was told she would return and so was I when I called the sales agent! Lady did not return because she had no one to care for children after school! Beware of this agency if you really need help!
