I writing this review for other families trying to make a decision. The very first person we saw was the nurse who we immediately let go because she was so very rude to my dad. 4 of us at that visit and all agreed how rude she was. In over two weeks, we had 2 people total when PT alone was to come 3-4 times per week. Encompass reps (nurses, CNA's, PT) were supposed to call the day before and set up an appointment...That NEVER happened! We typically had no calls ever. We had to follow up constantly. It took over a week for a CNA to finally show up at the door; no calling of course. Good thing we didn't wait for over a week to bath Dad. Do not use. HealthSouth Rehab highly recommends this group. I was told they are buying Encompass but I don't know that for sure.
