Our provider is Narda who gives me a shower twice a week. She does a great job. She spends time convincing me that I need a shower on the days that I don't want one. She is patient and friendly. She is always on time and never misses her appointment.

We hired Assisting Hands Home Care for my mother. They bathe, prepare meals, do cleanup, administer medication, and take her vital signs. The caregivers are knowledgeable. Communication with them is very easy. We have the numbers of the care provider, and I also have a straight line to one of the administrators, so if there are ever any questions or concerns I can address them with her directly. They've been very accommodating.

Rebecca Roofner gives the best attention and care to me & my husband. She's the only person from this agency in over a year, that can successfully do my complete transfers. So we are grateful for her. She also drives us into Houston for special dr. appointments and never complains about driving in the rain, or working on a Saturday. This year we are having her for 8 hours on Christmas day.

Assisting Hands are very thorough. There are monthly review to make sure everything is going how you want it. They also do spot checks to make sure your Caregiver is on time and professional. My caregiver is Rebecca and she is doing a great job. She is a listener and always get it right. I am not at home most of the time when the caregiver is here. She cares for my mother. My mother does not here very well and she hops her with her hearing aid, does light cleaning, prepare her breakfast and does her laundry.
