Jackie from Amedisys Home Health Chattanooga was wonderful. She was very precise and very patient. My sister had a concussion, and Jackie really worked with her and helped her physically and emotionally. She never got depressed with her. They were top. Jackie was on time all the time. She would work with the patient if they had any problems. If they couldn't understand, she explained everything. She was very kind and understanding. She became more like a friend to my sister. She got her to do more. It was a miracle. She walked with her and talked to her. Jackie would do bathing and anything my sister needed. She would do daily therapy. Communication with the agency was wonderful. They were very precise. They would explain to me what was going on and they would go through all the stuff that they were going to do each time they would show up. Jackie would play games with my sister. She had little game board things she'd play with her. She started doing puzzles with her. She was very persistent. That's what I liked about her. Scheduling was right on. Billing was perfect. I had no complaint about it. If you have a problem with billing, you call the office and they'll immediately contact the therapist or the nurse.
