I had to have a substitute care giver to come in while my regular one was away on family matters. I was assigned Regina from the North Charleston branch. This girl was excellent!! Proactive, hard worker, great listener..I'm paralyzed and alone so she listened great and worked hard. On time, not on the phone all the time, she wore her mask 100% of the time. Motivated me to get up and move. She needs a dollar or two an hour more at least. Im a former employer and if I had an employee that could wear my name on her uniform and represent me while not be supervised or watched over to produce my mission statement, I would make every effort to retain that employee and expand with her. Outstanding attitude as well, good agency, good job Ms Regina! Hooah!! T

I receive great care. The caregivers are helpful, friendly, hardworking and always there for me. I love Bridget, Charleston, SC branch, and Leona. These 2 caregivers are excellent.

We are supposed to have someone at our home 7 days a week, but almost every time our regular caregiver is unable to make it, they are unable to find a substitute. Even when they have advance notice, they are unable to find someone to fill in.

My caregiver greets me with happy morning. She starts the day in the kitchen cleaning and doing some food preparation. She then makes the beds. If there’s any laundry done, she takes care of that. I couldn’t expect better help!

Interim HealthCare provides excellent service. They have very reliable and pleasant sitters. They make useful suggestions for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our 87-year old mom!

I have used Interim for my mother for a few years. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. My mother has been happy with everyone of her companions. My mother is 85 and not easy to please. With her dementia and Asperger Syndrome, her caregivers are angels for me. I am blessed to have Interim!
