My father died in August 2013. Alice met my father way back, but he died in August 2013. My mother had cancer, and she was in remission. However the stress brought about my father dying took it out of my mom. Mom went downhill very quickly. She had friends come over, but they did not know how to handle the situation. The place was a disaster. Alice stepped in and really helped my mom. She cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the sheets, and took care of many other things. She kept the place clean and prevented my mom to be taken by the social worker. She intensely supported us. We were working with Alice for a long term care, but mom died in less than 2 weeks.
