My mother lives in senior housing and needs assistance in bathing and light housekeeping including laundry. She has used this agency to receive personal care and assistance with homemaker chores for a number of years. She has had the same home health aide for some time and is very pleased with the service she receives. The agency has been very responsive in regards to my mother's preference for time of service and in increasing hours of service if needed. I supervise my mother's overall care and am pleased that I have always been able to talk with agency staff in a timely fashion if need be.
