Poor communications I hired this agency to provide an assistant to come into my home to help my mother for 4 hours 5 days a week. The first girl they sent complained she is to old for this job the second girl all she did is text all day no help whatsoever . discovered the girl was late everyday, . The agency made schedule changes with out ever contacting me, they made changes after without notifying us. They lied to us and never call you back, Do not hire them to take care of a loved one you will be sorry!
