Daily, weekly services. They offered no back up service if caregiver could not show. No after hours calls to agency available. Poor responds the agency has been to our requests? Poor staffing, from what I experienced they DO NOT have a proper staff and caregiver available to service your needs. We had been told about Concord from another client when choosing the company about the service. We deiced to try them anyways, they seem to care when they signed you up but that quickly changed . Months after the service we canceled. I really think u can find a better more supporting and caring Company that can offer the needed services you need.
