We used Holy Redeemer for about a year. They were very good and very attentive. But with my mom, we did not have a live-in so they would come twice a week. If you had any questions, they were more than happy to answer and you could call them. If they were scheduled to come out on Tuesday and Thursday and if you needed somebody on Wednesday, they would come right out. They were very caring.
