I would tell my friend that my caregiver does a good job taking care of me. The provider has helped me the most by helping me wash and get food for me.

I liked that they were very eager to help. It was more helpful for me because I needed to be able to run errands and get things done.

There are times when they call out at the last minute or clock out early. They're not always honest about it. They've been really great when people can't come out and made every effort to help. I don't think they talk to their people enough about expectations. They should check in with the person.

I like that they come on time. They do everything that needs to be done. They help me with computer needs, laundry, and they do housekeeping.

I like that the nurse has been good. They make life easier because they are taking care of my mom. That is what I need to go to work.

Some caregivers are better than others. They could send better aids. There are some good caregivers, but some are bad eggs and just want to sit on their phones.

It was very easy to plan and they were very reliable. They were very supportive. They are the most affordable, but also their organization and communication was excellent.
