I had used Pennsylvania Home Care for almost a year. They were providing assistance for my mother-in-law, and they were good. During the course of time, there were three different people. My mother-in-law is a senior and in her 90s, so she works better with the more mature caregivers, but the younger ones were OK. It was a few months back. Her insurance was paying for it but her insurance expired. Once that lapsed, they said we had to take a sabbatical before she could reapply, so that's where we are now. The agency was reliable and good. She addresses concerns and she is very prompt about addressing the concern also. If they are getting insurance, she is very good with how to set that up.
