Whenever I need her to shop for me, she is always very efficient, and she gets me exactly what it's on the shopping list. She is very helpful around the house. I like the woman that I have currently helping. I prefer a mature woman, which she is. I feel more comfortable with an older person.

They need more trained backup caregivers. I do not need a lot, but I need it done well. They could improve by getting back-ups for when my caregivers call out.

I like what they have done for me. Some of the girls I did have a problem with. It's goofy stuff. One of the girls was using my toilet paper to clean with. I was a little upset with that. I think after I talked to her it didn't happen again. I guess I would recommend them. I think they actually do care about you. They did send somebody over to make sure I'm okay. It's a nicer staff and good people.

I had a serious motor vehicle accident and was at the end of my hospital stay and needed to find a place for my next level of remedial care. I tried to find a skilled care facility with remedial care, but they were either full or too expensive. The hospital gave me a list of in home care agencies and I started calling them. I called ComForCare and talked briefly over the phone with them. Before all the agencies that I called could get back to me. One of the owners of ComForCare was in my hospital room discussing my care needs with me. They helped me make arrangements such that I was able to come home and get to various doctor appointments, eat prepared meals, and get the home care I needed on order to get the healing home environment I needed to mend. The owners gave me the personal attention that I needed to make sure that things went as smooth as possible. I would recommend ComForCare to anyone in my position that needed home care and wanted a chance to stay home.
