My father availed the services of Signature Healthcare At Home. They were his care and comfort. They made sure he got some physical and cognitive therapy. They made sure that his meds were OK and that he was comfortable and eating. They were there to take care of all that and assess and see how he was doing. I would say they were top notch. They were going out of their way to help him and make him comfortable. They were always available. They called us, so there was good communication all the time. They were gentle and perhaps more empathetic. You genuinely could tell they enjoyed their job and put their whole heart into it.

The first woman from Signature Home Health was a homemaker. She was supposed to sit and be friendly with my husband. She could not touch him, and she could not help me in any way. She was supposed to be a housekeeper, but she was not. She just put stuff away where I could not reach it. She was here for a couple of weeks, and every day she came she was sick. Every night, we had a different person, so I never knew who was going to come.
