Evergreen Hospice exceeded our expectations for my mother. They took wonderful care of her and we had the best nurse and hospice aid. Everyone was very helpful and caring. I'm so glad we chose Evergreen out of the many hospices we looked at.

Very caring nurses and aides. They had people stay with us in shifts while my mother was actively dying. They also checked in with me after she passed to see how I was doing. I would recommend this hospice to anyone seeking a caring and compassionate group of people. They made us feel like family.

I was searching for a hospice in Tulsa for my great aunt last year. I chose Evergreen and never regretted it. They were wonderful and so very caring. I would recommend them to anyone seeking hospice services. They went out of their way not only to make her comfortable but also to comfort and be with our family in her last days. I can't say enough good things about the staff and this group!

I "fired" this provider after one day. I had been talked into using them instead of my first choice by the house doctor for the facility, who also heads this agency.They ordered extra equipment that was not needed without contacting me. When I discontinued their service, they called me to ask why and gave a number of implausible excuses. They also tried to lay the blame on staff where my mother is residing.

Two sisters

Our mother was a patient of theirs for several months. They seemed to be concerned, etc. But when her final days finally came, they were too busy to get someone there. Very unhappy! With so many hospices around, our advice is pick some one else.
