It varies. Some days she has good days and others she is more uncomfortable. They need to have more frequent training sessions with their caregivers. We have had many positive experiences with my mom and some really negative. I think the caregivers need ongoing training. I have had to reach out to the supervisor and the office constantly about issues I should not have to readdress consistently. There were some things I felt were not handled properly by the caregivers.

I would not recommend Visiting Angels to anyone because they told me they were looking for a caregiver for me and then advised me that they found a caregiver for me. On the morning the caregiver was due to arrive, they didn't come. No one called me since. Visiting Angels would have had a greater impact on my life if they could have found a caregiver to meet my needs, and not dropped me without saying anything.
