We're using Griswold Home Care - Burlington, NC. From the beginning, the communication and the information that was given was very thorough. The representatives from Griswold were very informative as to what they do as far as their services and what they provide, the cost, the contract, and the terms of using someone from the facility. Everything was very clear and to the point. As far as their representatives, they were very courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I just like the way they presented themselves and the caregiver that they sent over to my mom was specifically evaluated based on my mom's needs. My mom is happy with the person that they chose. Right now, the schedule is minimal for her. We're starting with two days, which works, and the minimum requirements per visit. If anything changes and more time is needed from the caregiver, then we will address that at the time.
