I've had Always Best Care of Burlington probably for one and a half months now. I had them before we moved. My husband had the same girl twice and then he had another girl and he said some inappropriate things and she won't come back. Then he had a guy and I didn't care for him at all. He came with a glove on and I don't know what the issue was there, but it was kind of like a work glove you'd wear at a farm, not a medical glove. He didn't say anything to me about it. I left out my husband's soup in a can. That's a flip top since I already packed the can opener because we knew we were moving in a few days and he couldn't open it. I came home, my husband was up, and he hadn't fed him any lunch, which means he didn't have any soup and I left the little thing of applesauce that you peel off the tinfoil on top. He came out to the kitchen and I said, "You didn't give him lunch." He said, "Well, he just got up." I said, "Fine, but I got to give him lunch." and he couldn't open the soup can. He's older than my husband. My husband's 81, so I wasn't too thrilled with that guy. I didn't know they hired people that old to watch other people, but they did. I asked them not to send him again. When they called in, a girl canceled and that was for my doctor's appointment. They wanted to send someone else and that's the one that's a half hour late and I said, "No, don't bother." They talk on the phone, too and I'm not happy about that. The girls all did. They all were on the phone when I came in the door because my husband sleeps a lot. Their billing is terrific. I got a statement from them that says, "Write on it" in gold print that it's paid for and it's coming out of my bank account. I had a little bit of a question for them though and I'm going to call them this week because a couple of times the girl came late and so she stayed late and they charged me for her staying late.

Tonya S. Is my Dad’s aide. I just cannot say enough good about her. She is very kind and caring. She has really brought my Dad out of his shell and keeps him active and involved. Tonya is a professional with a great big care givers heart. We feel very fortunate to have her. The team at ABC has been very helpful and we are very happy with our decision to use Always Best Care!!!

Always Best Care (Care Givers) in general have been very personable, friendly, supportive. I think each family has their own needs but my expectations was exceeded as the care givers kept my mom engaged with crafts / activities to challenge her mentally, work with her to rehabilitate her using PT exercises and keep her spirits lifted. Shout out to Jaime for being her primary care giver who always went above and beyond the last couple months.
