The impact is positive. With the people they sent, it's been good except for one, which we dealt with. I think they've tried to do everything she's required.
Maybe the problems that are encountered with any home care services is not necessarily with the caregivers themselves because I think they've sent good caregivers, but it's very difficult to deal with the person that they're caring for. She is very insistent and kind of bossy. Sometimes she can be very unpleasant, and I think that's the problem. Her mind is fine, but she's not a good communicator and she's in a very small space so the caregiver is in the same room unless she's in the bathroom. There's not a whole lot for them to do, and this woman won't let them help her bathe. They are reasonably great. Their caregivers seem to be fine. All I hear is from my loved one, and what I hear is that they moved something or can't find something or this or that.
