Some of the people they send have been good and reliable but the other people that substituted which have not been so reliable, they could have done more. I like that they are responsive whenever I need help last minute for the most part.

They have had a great impact on me because I needed them to help me manage. They helped him with bathing and exercises. So far, I don't have any complaints. I like that they provided things for me that I needed, like medicine.

Without the additional support, we would have to put my mother in a specialized home. My mother has been really happy with the service and the ladies have all been sweet and caring.

My mother can not be left alone, so it is good to have someone here. Some of the caregivers are ok, but some of the substitutes are not well-trained or don't get along as well.

They were able to provide service when we needed it. They were very accommodating to our needs. They would stay up late to help my mom when we needed it. They were incredibly thorough and would reach out to us with scheduling often. There was always someone around.

Some of the people that came to my home did nothing. They did not want to help me wash dishes or clean my computer area. I like the fact that when you call someone is always there to answer the call and that someone showed up on time.

She is an aide for him. She helps him go to the doctor. They are very accommodating. They are patient. After several tries, the caregiver that we have now works perfectly.

They could send a companion who has the experience that an aide has. I don't want some one who just babysits her, I need a caring companion. They could have aides who are trained in memory loss patients.

She didn't need anyone that badly, and we were fortunate for that. They were willing to accommodate us with different hours because she didn't need eight hours. She felt better, it helped a lot. It gave her security. I have no reference point for any other place. They took a deposit that they said we'd be working off of, but once the services were finished they said we had to apply for it and they said they'd send a check. It was not terrible, but it could have been better.

They were a very professional company. They sent a nurse out to evaluate my husband before they assigned a worker to him. They were very responsive to anything I might need or want. I spoke to the person in change of the home car aides and she was very helpful.

The caregivers really took the time to understand her. The client is famous and they did well in protecting her privacy. She was feeling isolated but they were great at creating safe time and video calls with family and friends. They facilitated all sorts of goodbye calls. Mari was exceptional. She said they could take it and they could adjust to my needs. I was concerned about the price but Mari was outstanding. I got calls from her nearly every day. She set up the coordination for the caregiving team. They checked in with us and if there were issues they would get back with Mari.

Especially during this situation they have been incredibly dependable during a time that I was afraid I would lose the care and lose the care I have come to trust. They have been there every step of the way. They have been highly responsive and I have found them to be a really great partner in every way.

I was very unsatisfied with the aides. I didn't trust them so I would rather not deal with anybody. A lot of the aides don't particularly care, they are more interested in the pay rather than the patient. That makes me not want to deal with the agency. Many of them are thieves.

My father passed away, and it was nice to have the aide to come visit in the hospital. The caregiver was very nice. The only issue is the price. We couldn't afford it, especially when she needed 24/7 care.

They could have been screening better to see who is actually interested in care, and they could focus on mental health more instead of just physical stuff. They could have delegated instructions better to their staff. I would give instructions to a staff member's boss, and the staff wouldn't be clear on the instructions.

The aides are excellent. They are very caring and patient. My mother is very difficult, but they were very patient with her. The aides are very good, but the administration could be improved. If I call and say something that the aide needs to know, it is not communicated in time. If the aide calls and says they can't make it tomorrow, I won't get them the same day. The communication in the office needs to be improved.

It has made a big difference. They help him when he gets out of bed to walk. He needs assistance with getting dressed, and they prepare breakfast for him. They know just what he needs and wants, and they get that for him. They have been great. I like the way they conduct themselves. They have been very helpful, and the client is very satisfied.

They are a little hard to get along with. Sometimes, the aide and her don't get along. They help her by doing things that she wants them to do. They take her to doctor's appointments and stay with her the entire time. I like who I deal with very much. Marie is very helpful. We are dealing with 2 elderly people, and one changes appointments around. Marie is very helpful.

The impact is positive. With the people they sent, it's been good except for one, which we dealt with. I think they've tried to do everything she's required. Maybe the problems that are encountered with any home care services is not necessarily with the caregivers themselves because I think they've sent good caregivers, but it's very difficult to deal with the person that they're caring for. She is very insistent and kind of bossy. Sometimes she can be very unpleasant, and I think that's the problem. Her mind is fine, but she's not a good communicator and she's in a very small space so the caregiver is in the same room unless she's in the bathroom. There's not a whole lot for them to do, and this woman won't let them help her bathe. They are reasonably great. Their caregivers seem to be fine. All I hear is from my loved one, and what I hear is that they moved something or can't find something or this or that.

They are indispensable. We live eight states away from my mom, so they make life much easier. They could improve their communication. Sometimes we wish that we heard more about what is going on with the aide's hours. We have requested multiple times that we be told what the aides are logging for hours, and they have never once given that to us. They say what the charges are due to, but we want the hours and they don't want to give that to us, apparently.

We chose Synergy HomeCare because I had gone through many agencies and they were the most accommodating to me when I spoke with them on the phone. My husband has an aide three times a week. They start with a nurse in the beginning and then six months after, the nurse comes back and rechecks him. The caregiver is wonderful and the best I've ever had. I've been doing this for eight months. Scheduling and billing are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I was no longer able to provide the care my husband needed and decided to use Synergy Home Care services. I was very apprehensive. I am very pleased with the care he is receiving. The provider they sent is experienced in working with clients with similarities of my husband. She knows how to talk to him to get his brain working and able to cooperate with her. She is very efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

The office is very responsive. Nothing goes as perfectly and smoothly as we would like, but the office has been very responsive in addressing any issues that I have had. The caregivers that I have right now are attentive, caring, responsive, and they will call me if they need to discuss anything with me.

They are very open and they communicate with me about the patient. They try to accommodate you as best as they can and they are all around. Without them my mother could not do anything. They cook for her, change her, move her from place to place, walk her around the apartment and get her cleaned up.

Synergy Homecare was excellent. The lady who attended to my father was very good. I would love to have her back if I could afford it. She fed my father three meals a day, bathed him, and made sure he was clean. I could never complain; they were very good.

When my father started faltering from Alzheimer's it was fast. I had to quickly figure out next steps. I found Synergy on a home care website. It had many good reviews. I called and asked about Spanish speaking caregivers. I was put through to Marcelo who explained everything Synergy offered. I found him knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our new situation. We have had a few caregivers. They have all had an understanding of the disease and have been a great help. More than satisfied with my experience with Synergy.
