When we started using Nursefinders in 2008, they were quite reliable. Unfortunately, this is not now the case. They were acquired by a larger company over a year ago and their quality if caregivers and staffing assistance has suffered greatly, as has care for my disabled sister. Morale of our story is that "bigger" and name recognition do synonymous with quality care. Be prepared to periodically change caregivers to maintan quality care and always keep current with local ratings. We are interviewing a small locally-owned agency this week which we believe will better meet our needs.
