Hospice Compassus mainly did healthcare kind of things and supplied a wheelchair, bed, commodes, sanitary items, gloves. Somebody came in to bathe my husband and a nurse came twice a week. They were very good, followed up on things, and responded quickly to whatever our concerns were. We're contented and happy with their service. The only complaint I have is we have an awful lot of leftover things that are not opened or used, and nobody takes them back, so the supplies end up in the landfill which is a real shame. I would recommend them.

This company has no business handling fragile people at the end of their lives. Our case worker was hostile, didn't answer calls and gave wrong information to family members. Another worker showed up with her son in tow. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone and the case worker was fired after a couple visits. This lack of consistency and professionalism caused significant distess and confusion during an already difficult time.
