The administrator was very patient and flexible with CHouston condition. Sir Festus works closely with the Care Giver and the client to address and manage concerns and special needs with care, compassion, kindness, professionalism and respect. Provided coverage with a team that was: Professional Trust worthy and respectful Provided flexible and reliable coverage Very engaging, polite and personable which is so critical to the care and rehabilitation for the client. Any time constraints or schedule changes were resolved adequately and expeditiously between care giver or client with care worker and management. Care worker was able to provide feedback and follow through after each session. Provided confidence and clarity which is critical for care giver and the clients. A lot of times the care giver is overwhelmed or stressed. Sir Festus provided clear understanding with patience, support and compassion.
