While the nurses and the aids I've encountered were very caring,, I was very disillusioned about this program. I didn't know that when we really needed help we would be on our own. Being told that they were only so many nurses and lots of patients didn't help me and it was not told to me from the beginning that help might not come when we needed it most.. before signing on this program make sure you understand that help may just be a phone call with instructions on what to do or they may visit and try to help but they will not stay ,and when your loved one is dying he will be the only one to care for them.
