Caring senior service representative Tom K. was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me detailed information that I needed. He was attentive to come and check whenever Ithe need arose or if it was an interval visit. Each new home health aide was brought by him and introduced to the client. The home health aides were all qualified, unfortunately we had different caregivers for different shifts and the client was a bit confused with the changing faces. The second problem and possibly the only problem that we had was that each of the girls had a very strong accent and the client spoke English as a second language having originated in Hungary. This inability to communicate easily was the biggest deterrent that I found. I concluded services with Caring senior Services in order that I might hire a live-in and this organization did not have that option at the time I needed it. Overall I was very pleased at the competent care that was given to the client through Caring Senior services.
