They failed to show up on time to take me to surgery. When the aid did show up one hour late, she did not check-in at the preadmission desk at the hospital,but instead came straight back to my room. She did not respect my privates when i got up to go to the bathroom,but instead reached out and tried to retye my robe.She also patted me on the infected shoulder and refused to get away and started patting my chest. Integrity needs integrity in their work.They need to show up on time,practice good hygiene, and show respect to their customers.They ran the risk of spreading a staff infection by their behavior.Please make a safe choice and shop elsewhere!

Integrity Homecare sent us a caregiver who was new to them and who had never transferred a person. All she could do was just sit there. I wouldn't recommend this agency.
