The caregivers for my mom (Pat)who recently passed May 4th was NOT compassionate or organized. Tori I think her name is was suppose to meet with the family said would be there between 6-8. Finally showed up at 9:30. Very disorganized. The care my mother received left our family traumatized. Any medication she needed or oxygen took at least 24 hours. She had gotten really bad we called them to come check on here. They said they’d be there in morning. Tori finally showed up that night and did absolutely NOTHING for her. My mom was was on morphine for around 50 hours, foamed at the mouth every time she’d breath it would spray on us, she never relaxed and it was an extremely uncomfortable and so undignified. When she passed they told us they would come and clean her up and get her dressed. WHAT A LIE. TORI came again to do that. MY DAUGHTER AND SISTER HAD TO CLEAN HER UP, CLEAN PLACES THEY SHOULD Have NEVER HAD TO DO AND DRESS HER. She had already gotten stiff. THE WHOLE THING FROM THE FIRST MEETING TO THE END WAS TRAUMATIZING, INHUMANE, LEFT ALL OF US WITH HORRIBLE IMAGES OF OUR LAST DAYS WITH OUR MOM, grandmother, great grandma. THE PEACEFUL PASSING WE WANTED FOR HER WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! I absolutely would not recommend COMPASSUS to my worst enemy.
